How do I pick up my order in-store?

Free local pick-up is available at: 1630 Wilkes Ridge Pkwy. Suite 103 Henrico VA 23238. After placing your local pick-up order at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 2 business days. We will send you an email once your order is ready along with instructions on how to pick it up. Please bring your order confirmation email with you upon pickup!

What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns on any products. If you have any questions, or concerns or want to know if a product is right for you, please contact us at info@rachelduke.com!

What are your store hours for pickup?

Our in-store pick-up hours are the same as our business hours! Monday-Friday: Please call ahead to pickup 
Sat: ClosedSun: Closed

How can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

We know you want your order as soon as possible, so once it is placed - we are already processing the order and will shortly have it ready for pick-up! Due to this, we cannot make any changes after an order is received. Please choose carefully when placing an order, or contact us if guidance is needed!
